Andris has 15 years of experience in alternative finance and real estate. He has successfully exited one of the leading European payday loan companies, and holds a professional and MSc degrees in Law from the University of Latvia. Being an expert in fields of secured lending, underwriting and real estate, Andris is also an enthusiast of motorsports and luxury cars.

Kaspars Leimanis - CFO in Viventor

Kaspars is a seasoned expert in finance. Prior to joining Viventor, he was in charge of all things Finance in Mogo Finance and Microsoft Latvia. Kaspars holds a BSc diploma from The Stockholm School of Economics In Riga and a MSc degree from University of Latvia. His biggest passion is football.

Toms Niparts - COO in Viventor
Toms Niparts COO

Prior to joining Viventor, Toms has experienced both startup and corporate culture and environment. He holds a BSc degree from The Stockholm School of Economics In Riga, where he also served as the President of the Student Association.
Whether it is a new technology, country or type of sports, Toms is always eager to explore new things.

Daniils Kostornijs - CTO in Viventor
Daniils Kostornijs CTO

Daniils is an IT management professional with 15+ years of experience. He is an expert when it comes to delivering 99.999% uptime and building scalable architecture. Prior to joining Viventor, he worked for brands like RSA, IBM and others. Exploring geeky technologies and mountain biking are his passion.

Vilma Guia Customer Success Manager

Having lived in various countries and worked in different fields, Vilma also has profound understanding of peer-to-peer lending. Thanks to her background she gets along with just about everyone, and she is probably the friendliest person you'll talk to all day. In her spare time, she is traveling, reading, or doing sports - especially yoga.

Jordi is an IT professional with 12 years of experience under his belt. He is a problem solver and expert of databases, with attention to detail and a trick up his sleeve for every situation. Jordi holds a diploma from EUNCET, and has previously worked for Arvato and Virtual Domus. His #1 hobby is spending time with his family, and Jordi also likes to run and build human towers with other acrobats.

John Matthews is a seasoned banking executive and Senior Vice President of Finstar Financial Group. Having served as a director for Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO, John has a deep understanding of European financial markets, particularly being an expert in such fields as Private Equity, Asset Management and Investment Banking.

Kieran Donnelly

Kieran Donnelly serves as the CEO of 4Finance, one of Europe’s largest and fastest growing consumer lending groups. Prior joining 4Finance, he served as the Managing Director for Renaissance Capital. Kieran possesses a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the field of non-bank lending.
